Ministry of Sound was growing at a rapid pace and the opportunity to design a magazine was put before me. A team was quickly assembled and we plunged in head first. Each cover shot had a connection with music / clubbing and I would often come up with headlines for various features. I worked on the magazine from launch up to the sixth issue before handing over the reigns.

NB: The Kylie cover with the fluorescent green text was the initial design. The green echoed the headphones. However, Dennis publishing (who had final say) said that because green is a ‘low frequency colour’ it would not work as a cover, try telling Charlie XCX that.
