I understand the challenges of running a business, I know when to listen and when to act in order to keep things on track. I have been in many situations that call for diplomacy as well as directness.
The people behind the scenes are what make a brand come alive, understanding what makes them tick is the starting point. From here you can begin to understand the culture and personality of their business. The most successful brands are confident in their story and understand the relationship with their customer. It takes time for these relationships to build, they need nurturing, sometimes they need re-booting, but it doesn’t always need to be an identity crisis.
