Frisky? was a new and inclusive Friday night at MoS. The music was hard and exciting and the clubbers were mixed and wild. There were numerous nights around London that were playing this sort of music and the sound was very British. It was the first time I’d been involved with the early stage discussions for a club night, we had to come up with the name, we agreed on Frisky. I suggested we made it a question as opposed to a statement so we added the ‘?’. The illustrations I created were based on kids toys which I would then subvert to suit the main theme or DJ for the nights.
